To describe the Phoenix market as “hot” or “insane” would be an understatement. The market is totally deranged: you will compete with all cash offers, flippers, investors, corporations, probably algorithms and what not. On top of that, you will also have to deal with sellers' agents who have a fiduciary duty to their clients to get the best deal possible for them. As such, you will want all of the help you can get starting with a professional and reputable real estate agent. As buyers, we were fortunate enough to have gotten a good recommendation – Liz Dains. Working with her was a pleasant, positive and educating experience for us. Not only did she wholeheartedly fought for us on a daily basis for over a month including weekends and late evenings, she also made sure we did not get emotional about our offers and not to overpay.
